If something is denied
Moving or changing your address?
Your address does not automatically update everywhere. Complete each step so Medicare, Medicaid, and your insurance plan have the correct information.
Social Security maintains your official address for Medicare. Update it through your personal Social Security account or call Social Security.
Call Social Security: 1-800-772-1213 →Medicaid is run by your state. Call 211 to find the correct Medicaid office and report your new address.
