Moving or changing your address?

Update all three places.

Your address does not automatically update everywhere. Complete each step so Medicare, Medicaid, and your insurance plan have the correct information.

Update Social Security

Social Security maintains your official address for Medicare. Update it through your personal Social Security account or call Social Security.
